Radical transformation in your leadership and presentation presence and skills. Big words, I know, but it can be done. I’ve been doing it, and Sage Presence has been doing it. I want to explain this idea, “radical transformation.” Well, why radical? Why does it need to be so fast?
The problem is transitioning leaders, new CEOs; they don’t have a lot of time. They’ve already evolved across their lifetimes to get to that position, elevating their presence, their executive charisma, their inspirational ability. All of those things, they have to do it quickly. One of the cool things about coming from a film background is that’s the whole deal. Quickly was everything. You’ve got 15 minutes to get this shot, or we’re cutting it. Get it done. So, as a film director, a lot of people know when filming; you’re working with people’s delicate psychology, their vulnerabilities, their apprehension, and their skills in a very short timetable to make results quickly. And I have brought that to radical transformation for leadership and presenting.
A lot of times, it’s a CEO facing shareholders’ meetings. There might be one a year, or they might be quarterly, but those are times where everybody’s watching you. All eyes are on you to see, “Can you bring it, whatever that elusive something is?” So, I’ve fashioned this around a day, sometimes two days. It can also be done; you can do this over a long time. But a lot of times, you get six hours, and I’ve been going in with CEOs and working with them in a very short window to transform them quickly. Getting into their heads, understanding what their stressors are, and what their goals are, and guiding them to that presenting power.
Sometimes people want to do that over maybe three hits across time. Sometimes it’s next week, and I just have to be better now. So, I want to throw out the idea for you. Sage Presence is sitting out here as a resource for you. We can create dramatic elevation very, very quickly, inside of a day. So, if you’re interested in radical transformation in your presenting skills, your overall executive presence, the way you carry yourself to make people say, “I will follow you,” you’ll want to reach out to us.
