Back To School

Establish a pattern for telling yourself and the world about the good you're here to do.

It’s the day after Labor Day. Kids are heading back to school, and here in Minnesota the weather is already starting to chill out. The season of roadwork and vacations is wrapping up, and people are starting to think about their work and business again.

Of course, this seasonal pattern is really just a holdover from the time we put into our own educations. We study from September to May, then relax when the temperatures warm up. It really doesn’t make any good sense at all, it’s just a pattern.

What would be better is a year-round, ongoing pattern that we establish for ourselves. A consistent, frequent pattern of reminding ourselves why we do what we do and what motivates us. And at the same time, reminding the world about who we’re here to help, the problems we’re here to solve, and the good we’re here to do.

We at SagePresence are here to help professional service firms grow by helping their technical staff become better ambassadors for their organizations. At the same time, we’re here to help professionals grow by building their ability to present themselves.

Now it’s your turn. What are you here for? Who do you help? Share with us below!
